Authors submitting material for publication to the Global E-Quality Network will be sent prompt acknowledgement of the receipt of documents. Authors must specify whether the document is a pre-print or a post-print. By submitting documents for online publication in our website, it will be understood that authors control the rights to their work; likewise, authors agree to assign a non-exclusive right to the Global E-Quality Network if and when the typescript is accepted for publication.

Authors simultaneously authorize the Network to transfer the documents in their archives after a given period of time that the document has been online.

Articles published in the Global E-Quality Network are protected by copyright. Authors retain their copyright, as well as translation, all reproduction and subsidiary rights to their works published in the network.

Downloads of articles are permitted for personal use only, not for commercial use or resale. Educational and equivalent non-profit multiple reproduction uses of content published in the Network are allowed with prior permission granted by the authors of such material.
